Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customized & Personalized Items Due to the personalized nature of our customized snowglobe cups, these items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (such as incorrect personalization or damaged product).

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
